you right now.
That's enough.
- Send one message — Text someone you appreciate. Keep it simple: "Hope you're doing
well" goes a long way.
- Declutter one drawer — Not your whole house—just one small space. Order in small places
creates peace.
- Sit outside for 5 minutes — No phone, no agenda. Just be present with the world around
you.
- Write down 3 things you're grateful for — Gratitude doesn't have to be profound. Notice
the small stuff.
- Move your body for 10 minutes — Walk, stretch, dance. Your body wants to move—give it
that gift.
